About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Specialist to join our Contract Operations Teams. As a Contract Specialist, you will play a critical role in coordinating supply and demand of our Contractors, working closely with various teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and turnarounds.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage supplier relationships to ensure collaborative and sustainable partnerships.
  • Collaborate with maintenance experts to assess technical qualifications and availability for contracted services.
  • Drive digitalization and innovation efforts in contractor coordination, focusing on supply and demand management.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, striving for better results and process optimization.
  • Collaborate with Purchasing teams to define contract strategies and negotiate with contract labor partners, focusing on forecasting supply and demand.
  • Work closely with schedulers to exchange discipline knowledge and apply technical coaching.
  • Manage project teams to forecast schedule challenges and offer analyses and solutions to complete projects on schedule.
  • Perform critical path analysis to determine problem areas and offer alternative courses of action.
  • Evaluate project deviations to assess schedule impact and develop recovery plans.
  • Contribute to the improvement of Schedule Work Process and leverage learning experiences to reduce cycle time.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in maintenance, IT, commerce, trade, or a related field.
  • Good working knowledge of English.
  • Preferred skills: good working knowledge of Dutch, experience in Contract Management, Purchasing, or Planning/Scheduling.
