Job Requirements

We are seeking an experienced Offshore Surveyor to work on our state-of-the-art survey vessels. This role offers opportunities for professionals to work on complex survey projects, delivering high-quality data for wind farm projects in Europe.

Your Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute positioning and navigation tasks, and lead projects of low to medium complexity;
  • Evaluate and set up survey equipment, ensuring accurate measurements and calibrations;
  • Perform computations, in-field data processing, and compile survey reports;
  • Conduct quality control checks on data, computations, and reports;
  • Administer tasks, including maintaining an accurate logbook;
  • Support the development of project procedures.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Hydrographic Surveying or Land Surveying;
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role, with a willingness to work offshore (fixed 4-week rotations totaling at least 180 days per year);
  • Experience with survey equipment, including USBL calibrations, gyrocompass calibration, multibeam systems, and navigation systems;
  • Previous involvement in geophysical route surveys, wind farm surveys, pipelay inspection work, and dredging;
  • Familiarity with computer hardware and strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).
