About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Research Associate to join our Antibody Research and Technology team at Genmab. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in the discovery and development of novel antibody-based platform technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct experiments in our research studies, utilizing your knowledge of immunology, cell biology, and/or oncology.
  • Organize and analyze data, drawing conclusions and reporting results to the team.
  • Investigate the mechanism of action of our antibodies, contributing to novel antibody technologies.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement new assays.
  • Work independently, taking initiative and problem-solving attitude to drive results.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a Life Sciences field, with 1-2 years of professional experience in cell biology, oncology, and/or immunology.
  • Hands-on experience with mammalian cell culture and functional cellular assays.
  • Experience with Flow Cytometry, Luminex, or ELISA is advantageous.
  • Excellent organizational and reporting skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to new methods.
