We are seeking a highly motivated Research Associate to join our Antibody Research and Technology team at Genmab. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in the discovery and development of novel antibody-based platform technologies.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct experiments in our research studies, utilizing your knowledge of immunology, cell biology, and/or oncology.
- Organize and analyze data, drawing conclusions and reporting results to the team.
- Investigate the mechanism of action of our antibodies, contributing to novel antibody technologies.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement new assays.
- Work independently, taking initiative and problem-solving attitude to drive results.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a Life Sciences field, with 1-2 years of professional experience in cell biology, oncology, and/or immunology.
- Hands-on experience with mammalian cell culture and functional cellular assays.
- Experience with Flow Cytometry, Luminex, or ELISA is advantageous.
- Excellent organizational and reporting skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to new methods.
