Job Title: Team Manager Portfolio Delivery

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Manager Portfolio Delivery to join our Schiphol Group team. As a Team Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of project managers and overseeing the delivery of complex projects within the Terminal Operations department.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management, with experience in leading teams and delivering projects on time and within budget. You will be responsible for developing and implementing project plans, managing project resources, and ensuring that projects are delivered to the required quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of project managers and oversee the delivery of complex projects within the Terminal Operations department
  • Develop and implement project plans, manage project resources, and ensure that projects are delivered to the required quality and safety standards
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that project deliverables meet the required standards
  • Manage project budgets and ensure that projects are delivered within budget
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including project sponsors, customers, and vendors
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, engineering, or project management
  • At least 5 years of experience in project management, with a strong background in leading teams and delivering projects on time and within budget
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects within the Terminal Operations department
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
