Job Title: Customer Support Team Lead

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Team Lead to join our team at WFS PRO BV. As a Customer Support Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer support representatives and ensuring that they provide excellent support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of customer support representatives and provide guidance and support as needed
  • Develop and implement customer support strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that customer support needs are met
  • Monitor and report on customer support metrics and make recommendations for improvement
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a relevant field such as business, customer service, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in a customer support leadership role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make recommendations for improvement
  • Knowledge of customer support software and tools
