Job Title: Customer Support Team Lead
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Customer Support Team Lead to join our team at WFS PRO BV. As a Customer Support Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer support representatives and ensuring that they provide excellent support to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of customer support representatives and provide guidance and support as needed
- Develop and implement customer support strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that customer support needs are met
- Monitor and report on customer support metrics and make recommendations for improvement
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in a relevant field such as business, customer service, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in a customer support leadership role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to analyze data and make recommendations for improvement
- Knowledge of customer support software and tools
