Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Manager to join our team at WFS PRO BV. As a Customer Support Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Customer Support Representatives and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Customer Support Representatives to ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills of Customer Support Representatives
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external service level agreements
  • Manage and analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze data and identify trends
  • Experience with customer relationship management software
