Business Process Optimization Manager

Objective:
This position is pivotal in enhancing the comprehensive Order Fulfillment operations (both Wholesale and Retail) by steering initiatives from conception and design through to implementation and oversight, utilizing data-driven insights and system improvements within SAP AFS. The role guarantees the availability of essential tools and processes to facilitate Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and to achieve the strategic goals of the organization, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, holistic thinking, systems expertise, and analytical proficiency.
Primary Responsibilities:
Ensure the seamless operation of the Order Fulfillment BPM team processes, promptly addressing any emerging challenges. Leverage business acumen and functional expertise to effectively navigate a complex business landscape and respond to operational hurdles that necessitate swift adaptations in Order Fulfillment methodologies. Develop analytical frameworks and initiate actions to enhance IBP outcomes from the Supply Chain Management perspective by fostering analytical clarity, optimizing stakeholder communication, exploring alternative future scenarios, and evaluating potential risks. Take ownership of weekly reporting activities. Extract business insights from reports, providing key highlights and actionable recommendations to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner. Analyze data and formulate relevant reporting to deliver insights and inform effective decision-making for senior leadership. Conduct root cause analyses and implement corrective measures as necessary. Spearhead analysis and optimization of business processes and system enhancements (including SAP AFS) to elevate overall organizational performance. Proactively initiate, lead, and manage projects aimed at refining order book management solutions and assess existing operational workflows to enhance efficiency or support the development of new processes. Collaborate independently and within teams across functions to achieve shared objectives. Ensure that BPM operational processes are accurately and promptly executed by the Global Business Services hub and that any modifications are integrated as new standard operating procedures in a timely manner. Foster and enhance collaboration between the Global Business Services hub and the local Planning and Governance teams to optimize support and process alignment. Facilitate regular cross-functional alignment meetings. Assist with supply chain initiatives, including the rollout and ramp-down of new distribution centers. Act as the local authorization coordinator for SAP AFS. Lead, mentor, and manage direct reports, ensuring their objectives align with corporate strategy and that there is a clear development pathway for their growth.Key Relationships:

Strong understanding of BPM processes and tools and their impact on overall business performance. Ability to make informed decisions based on this understanding. Proven capability to generate analytical reports using Excel or PowerBI, with a solid grasp of data interpretation, identifying root causes through data analysis, and summarizing findings for senior management, alongside proposing data-supported actions. Ability to tailor communication styles to suit different stakeholders. Proficient in collaborating effectively with both on-site and remote stakeholders. Comprehensive knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes, understanding the flow of materials, information, and finances from sourcing to customer delivery. Insight into logistics cost and service drivers. Operational and commercial mindset with a holistic approach. Demonstrates initiative and results-oriented actions. Experience in strategic, operational, and project management. Strong team collaboration skills. Fluent in English (both written and spoken).Required Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
University degree or equivalent. 3-5 years of experience in Supply Chain Management and Logistics. 2 years of experience in Process Optimization within international teams. Proficiency in SAP (SD and MM).-
