Business Process Optimization Manager

Objective:
This position is dedicated to enhancing the comprehensive Order Fulfillment workflows (both Wholesale and Retail) by guiding them from conception and design through to implementation and oversight, utilizing data-driven insights and system improvements within SAP AFS. The role is pivotal in ensuring the availability of tools and methodologies that align with Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and the strategic goals of the organization, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, holistic thinking, systems expertise, and analytical proficiency.
Primary Responsibilities:
Oversee the seamless operation of the Order Fulfillment BPM team processes and proactively resolve any emerging challenges. Leverage business acumen and functional expertise to effectively achieve outcomes in a multifaceted business landscape, swiftly adapting to operational demands that necessitate modifications to Order Fulfillment workflows. Generate analytical insights and initiate actions to enhance IBP performance from the Supply Chain Management perspective by fostering transparency, streamlining stakeholder communication, developing alternative future scenarios, and evaluating potential risks. Take ownership of weekly performance reporting. Extract business insights from the reports, offering key highlights and actionable recommendations to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner. Conduct data analysis and formulate relevant reporting to provide insights that facilitate informed decision-making for senior leadership. Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective measures as necessary. Spearhead the analysis and optimization of business processes and system enhancements (including SAP AFS) to elevate overall organizational performance. Proactively initiate, lead, and manage projects aimed at refining order book management solutions and assess existing operational processes to enhance efficiency or support the development of new methodologies. Collaborate independently and as part of a team within the department and across various functions to achieve common objectives. Ensure that BPM operational processes are accurately and promptly executed by the designated service hub and that any modifications are seamlessly integrated as standard operating procedures. Foster and enhance collaboration between the service hub and local planning teams to optimize support and process alignment. Facilitate regular cross-functional alignment discussions. Contribute to supply chain initiatives, including the implementation and scaling of new distribution centers. Act as the local authorization coordinator for SAP AFS. Mentor, guide, and manage direct reports, ensuring their objectives align with the company's strategic vision and that there is a clear development trajectory for their growth.Key Relationships:

Strong grasp of BPM processes and tools and their impact on the overall business, with the ability to make informed decisions (e.g., determining when to halt allocation tasks or extend allocation periods). Demonstrated capability to develop analytical reports using Excel or PowerBI, a solid understanding of data, and the ability to identify root causes through data analysis while summarizing findings for senior management and proposing data-supported actions. Adaptability in communication style based on the stakeholders involved. Proficient collaboration with both on-site and remote stakeholders. Comprehensive knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes, understanding the flow of materials, information, and finances from sourcing to customer delivery. Awareness of logistics cost and service drivers. A mindset oriented towards operations as well as commercial aspects, with holistic thinking. Initiative-driven and results-oriented. Experience in strategic, operational, and project management. Strong team collaboration skills. Proficiency in English (both written and verbal).Educational Background and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
University degree or equivalent. 3-5 years of experience in Supply Chain Management and Logistics. 2 years of experience in Process Optimization within international teams. Knowledge of SAP (SD and MM).-
