Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated People & Culture Specialist to support our day-to-day personnel topics and organizational HR procedures. This role will be responsible for ensuring administrative support within People & Culture, including employee support, communication, and coordination with internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the People & Culture team, including employee support, communication, and coordination with internal stakeholders.
- Act as a point of contact for the People & Culture Center and Dutch authorities.
- Coordinate flight arrangements for staff via a booking system.
- Support processes in Performance and Talent Management, including evaluation task creation, assignment, and training management.
- Organize onboarding, time and attendance, and team events.
- Support the P&C Manager with company-side projects.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills.
- Advanced Microsoft 365 package skills.
- Knowledge of Human Resources and labour relations.
- Commitment to company values and principles.
- Discretion, self-discipline, and ability to work independently.
- Affinity for working with diverse cultures.
- Proactive and assertive approach.
- Fluency in English and preferably Dutch.
