Job Description

We are looking for a talented Business Project Implementation Manager to join our FEC Global Sanctions team at Yacht. As a Business Project Implementation Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our organization meets Sanctions requirements and effectively manages Sanctions risks.

You will run business projects and business implementations to help build and improve the FEC Global Sanctions organization. Your responsibilities will include making sure that projects are understood and planned in detail, impact assessments are done, and the operations organization is ready for the change.

As a Business Project Implementation Manager, you will have an end-to-end view and be in control of the change initiatives that you are responsible for. You will be risk aware and focused, complying with relevant laws and regulations.

Our team is a relatively small team with big ambitions and a lot of drive to build a stable and innovative change portfolio team in FEC Global Sanctions. We focus on complex change programs in FEC, build the FEC Global Sanctions Change Portfolio, and drive our Culture Initiatives.

Example projects include rolling out a Global Screening solution, supporting the setup of a new department, optimizing workflow tooling and alert generation processes, and improving Customer Communication, reducing customer touch points, and improving customer experience.

Your top responsibilities include:

  • As a Business Project Implementation Manager, you are responsible for the successful business implementation of Sanctions projects.
  • You have an end-to-end view and are in control of the change initiatives that you are responsible for.
  • You are risk aware and focused and comply with relevant laws and regulations.

We are looking for someone with a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience as a Project and/or Implementation Manager in a professional environment. You should have experience in Banking and/or the FEC domain and be interested in the topics of FEC, Sanctions, and geopolitics. Our languages of communication are English and Dutch, and you should speak and write English on an advanced level.

We offer a competitive salary of up to €97,997.20 per year, depending on your profile, and a range of secondary employment conditions, including a pension scheme, annual net training budget, and travel allowance.
