About the Role

As a Process Optimization and Harmonization Expert at NN, you will play a key role in driving the standardization and optimization of business processes across multiple countries. With a focus on enhancing efficiency and ensuring consistency, the successful candidate will lead initiatives to streamline operations and align them with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies for cross-country process standardization and optimization
  • Design and document standardized business processes, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements
  • Lead process mapping workshops and facilitate discussions to gather requirements and gain insights from key stakeholders
  • Analyse existing processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvements and automation
  • Develop business cases and proposals for process improvement initiatives, including cost-benefit analysis and ROI projections
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of standardized processes, and make adjustments as necessary to ensure continuous improvement

About the Team

You will join the Advisory Management workstream, with a focus on optimizing our Tied Agent distribution. This workstream is dedicated to implementing a state-of-the-art management model, tools, and technology to digitize processes and enhance agent capabilities with an AI-enabled virtual personal assistant.

We offer this job fully remote as a virtual assignment for 1 to 3 years. As part of this role, you will have an employment contract under the local collective labour agreement (CLA) from one of the 11 countries where NN operates. This means you can apply for the job if you reside in one of the countries where NN is located (Netherlands, Belgium, Czech Republic, Poland, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Spain, Greece, Turkey, Japan).
