Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Allround Production Employee to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our production team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes, from raw material preparation to final product packaging.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and prepare raw materials for production
  • Weigh and measure chemicals, mix and filter products
  • Conduct quality control checks on products
  • Operate and maintain industrial machinery and forklift trucks
  • Package products manually or using machines
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as creating batch cards and labels
  • Ensure a safe and clean working environment

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, or relevant work experience
  • Previous experience in a production or technical environment is preferred
  • Strong command of the Dutch and/or English language
  • Experience with Excel is desired
  • Ability to obtain necessary certifications, such as Forklift, VCA, and BHV

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to receive and give feedback
  • Availability to work two shifts (morning or afternoon/evening)
  • Residence in or around Utrecht, Amersfoort, Woerden, Ijsselstein, or Montfoort
