Job Title: Sales Assistant

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Sales Assistant to join our team at Trend People. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our sales team, ensuring that all sales activities are executed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, document preparation, and communication with customers and suppliers.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales reports, presentations, and other materials as required.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for sales team members.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of sales activities, including customer interactions, sales orders, and inventory levels.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the sales team.
Requirements:
  • Commercial education (MBO level or higher).
  • Experience in administrative work, preferably in a sales or customer service environment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Dynamics 365.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English.

  • A competitive salary between €2,600 and €3,200 gross per month, depending on experience.

  • Reimbursement of travel expenses up to €200 per month.
