About the Role

The Assistant Business Manager is a key member of the team, responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer experience, and leading a team of retail artists. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the beauty industry, commercial acumen, and experience in managing people and teams. The role requires strong communication and leadership skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and driving business results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth and exceed targets through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.
  • Support the Business Manager in setting individual and team sales targets and communicating with retail artists to achieve sales goals.
  • Develop and implement sales plans, promotions, and events to drive business growth and customer engagement.
  • Lead and motivate a team of retail artists to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer experience and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns to drive business growth and customer engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including visual merchandising, store standards, and customer service.

Requirements

  • Experience in retail management and sales.
  • Passion for the beauty industry and commercial acumen.
  • Experience in managing people and teams.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Ability to develop and implement sales plans, promotions, and events to drive business growth and customer engagement.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team of retail artists to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
