About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Project Buyer to join our team at Resato Hydrogen Technology BV. As a Project Buyer, you will play a crucial role in sourcing and negotiating supplier contracts, ensuring the transition from purchasing for development projects to the operational purchasing organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute purchasing strategies in line with project objectives and company policies
  • Purchase technical materials and services, handling operational, tactical, and strategic purchasing activities
  • Request quotes, conduct negotiations, place purchase orders, and evaluate supplier performance
  • Translate internal customer demands to the supplier market and ensure a strong connection
  • Negotiate with suppliers and ensure agreements are correctly recorded in purchase orders or contracts
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to the development of the purchasing organization
Requirements
  • HBO working and thinking level, preferably a technical education and NEVI 1 education
  • Experience as a Project Purchaser in a technical production environment
  • Chain thinking skills, involving suppliers within their own supply chain, and knowledge of purchasing agreements and legal aspects of contracting
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
  • Good command of Dutch and English, spoken and written, with German as an advantage
  • Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably Ridder iQ
