Robeco is seeking a skilled Procurement and Third Party Risk Manager to join our Global Procurement & Third Party Management department. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Embed the TPRM framework and DORA regulation into our policies, processes, and procedures.
- Educate Procurement & Third Party Managers on the topic of Third Party Management.
- Work closely with various teams and departments to ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.
- Monitor and assess vendor performance, risk, and resilience.
- Report on any issues or incidents that may affect our operations or reputation.
- 4+ years of experience in procurement, risk management, relationship management, regulatory compliance, and performance monitoring.
- Proven experience in monitoring vendors, including performing Vendor Due Diligence assessments and vendor performance monitoring.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a small team.
