Job Description

We are seeking a Managing Consultant to join our Financial Services team in Utrecht. As a Managing Consultant, you will work closely with clients to identify challenges, develop solutions, and drive implementation. You will provide strategic advice and insights to senior executives on digital transformation, operational efficiency, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead project teams in delivering high-quality solutions that meet client objectives and drive measurable business impact
  • Develop and implement digital transformation strategies for financial services clients
  • Collaborate with colleagues across PA Consulting's global network to leverage best practices and expertise
  • Work with clients to identify opportunities for operational efficiency and risk management
  • Develop and lead sales initiatives across the firm, particularly in areas such as operating model, agile, cloud, CIO advisory, core systems development, analytics, and IT transformations

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in management consulting, with a focus on the financial services industry
  • Proven track record of delivering successful projects in areas such as strategy development, process improvement, and technology implementation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to distill complex concepts into clear and actionable recommendations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Documented sales experience
  • Fluency in Dutch and English; additional language skills are a plus
