About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Scheduler to join our Maintenance Department in Rotterdam. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating the weekly maintenance schedule, ensuring seamless planning, scheduling, cost estimation, resource allocation, and hiring/outsourcing capacity for maintenance work and projects or unit shutdowns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain an integral maintenance schedule
  • Establish, review, and maintain standard jobs and planning processes
  • Develop and maintain one weekly schedule for multiple plants
  • Analyze project and unit shutdown schedules and adapt the maintenance schedule accordingly
  • Report daily progress and maintain work order process
  • Provide schedule compliance KPIs and measures KPIs for all disciplines
  • Coordinate capacity and material planning
Requirements
  • At least an MBO+ level of working and thinking with minimum 10 years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of manufacturing planning, master integral scheduling, materials requirements planning, capacity requirements planning, shop floor control, warehousing, transportation, and purchasing business functions
  • Understanding of standard enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
  • Detailed knowledge of Google Sheets and Excel
