Business Intelligence Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Reporting Specialist to join our team at Zayo. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for analyzing sales, churn, and product data to identify trends and inform senior leadership decisions.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze sales, churn, and product data to determine trends and inform senior leadership decisions.
- Track performance and trends of KPIs across different segments of our sales organization against monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Assist in the creation of presentations that communicate complex performance data at the board level.
- Develop and maintain reporting dashboards in Tableau and Salesforce.
- Update and maintain Salesforce records in support of the solutions engineering team.
- Track sales opportunities and report on funnel activity.
- Undergraduate degree in a related field is required.
- Minimum of one year of analytical skills with experience in data analysis.
- Expert level in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Google Sheets.
- Experience building, manipulating, and maintaining complex spreadsheets.
- Prioritization and multitasking skills.
- Salesforce or equivalent CRM, as well as Tableau experience/familiarity a plus.
- Strong communications skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Ability to interact well with different levels of business stakeholders.

Base Salary Range: $56,300 - $78,800 USD/annually, commensurate with experience.
