Business Intelligence Analyst

At Zayo, we are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Reporting Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in analyzing sales, churn, and product data to drive informed decision-making.
Responsibilities:- Analyze sales, churn, and product data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) across various sales segments and provide regular updates on performance against targets.
- Develop and maintain reporting dashboards in Tableau and Salesforce to support business decision-making.
- Collaborate with the Solutions Engineering team to update and maintain Salesforce records.
- Monitor sales opportunities and report on funnel activity to ensure timely and effective follow-up.
- Undergraduate degree in a related field.
- Minimum one year of experience in data analysis with expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Google Sheets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
- Experience with Salesforce and Tableau is a plus.
- Competitive base salary range: $56,300 - $78,800 USD annually, commensurate with experience.
