Service Technician

As a Service Technician at STC Groep BV, you will be responsible for independently maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing elevator installations, lifting platforms, escalators, and moving walks. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the functionality, reliability, and safety of these installations.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain and repair installations in accordance with specified work and safety instructions.
- Complete service reports correctly and cancel orders verbally and digitally.
- Maintain technical data in the lift book and inspect installations to discover problems.
- Support the performance of diagnostic tests and safety inspections by external parties.
- Report problems in a timely manner, propose solutions, and provide recordings.
- Submit weekly statements on time for the planner to check.
- Keep track of stock materials, order additions, and handle tools, materials, and company property with care.
- Work proactively in good consultation for the correct maintenance and measures for lift installations and users.
- Collect customer needs and wishes, provide solutions, and improve customer satisfaction.
- Communicate with customers as an ambassador of our company.
- Responsible for the correct disposal of hazardous substances, waste, and other materials.
- Use PPE and work clothing provided correctly.
- Responsible for ensuring the functionality, reliability, and safety of installations.
- Maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing installations.
- Completing service reports correctly.
- Maintaining technical data in the lift book.
- Working in accordance with all specified work and safety instructions.
