Job Summary:

Extron Europe is seeking a skilled Depot Repair Parts Expeditor to join our International Operations team in Amersfoort, Netherlands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the depot repair stock room, ensuring accurate inventory and efficient component management.
  • Oversee components sent to Europe for repair technicians, coordinating logistics and communication.
  • Book components in and out as requested by technical staff and customer-related requests, utilizing Microsoft Office products for efficient tracking.
  • Provide service parts for sales orders, meeting customer demands and expectations.
  • Work in an ESD environment, adhering to safety protocols and best practices.
  • Perform monthly stock cycle counts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Kitting and product packing, preparing components for shipment and customer delivery.
  • Other duties as required, supporting the Warehouse management team in achieving operational excellence.

Requirements:

Good verbal and written skills in English and Dutch required, with excellent computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office products. Ability to follow verbal and written procedures with minimal supervision, working independently in a busy team environment. Reports directly to the Warehouse management team.
