Job Title: Depot Repair Parts Expeditor

Extron Europe is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Depot Repair Parts Expeditor to join our International Operations team in Amersfoort, Netherlands.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the depot repair stock room, ensuring accurate inventory levels and efficient stock management.
  • Oversee components sent to Europe for repair technicians, ensuring timely delivery and quality control.
  • Book components in and out as requested by technical staff and customer-related requests, utilizing Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, etc.) for efficient tracking and reporting.
  • Provide service parts for sales orders, working closely with the Warehouse management team to ensure seamless logistics.
  • Able to work with small components, adhering to ESD guidelines and maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Perform monthly stock cycle counts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company procedures.
  • Kitting and product packing, utilizing expertise to ensure efficient and accurate processing.
  • Other duties as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced team environment.
Requirements:
  • Good verbal and written skills in English and Dutch, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, etc.), with ability to learn and adapt to new systems.
  • Able to follow verbal and written procedures with minimal supervision, demonstrating independence and self-motivation.
  • A self-starter, able to work in a busy team environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  • Reports directly to the Warehouse management team, working collaboratively to achieve team goals and objectives.
