Expeditor of Depot Repair Parts

Job Summary:
Extron Europe is seeking a skilled Depot Repair Parts Expeditor to join our International Operations team in Amersfoort, Netherlands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the depot repair stock room, ensuring accurate inventory levels and efficient component management.
- Oversee components sent to Europe for repair technicians, ensuring timely delivery and quality control.
- Book components in and out as requested by technical staff and customer-related requests, utilizing Microsoft Office products for efficient tracking.
- Provide service parts for sales orders, working closely with the Warehouse management team to meet customer demands.
- Work in an ESD environment, handling small components with precision and care.
- Perform monthly stock cycle counts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company procedures.
- Kitting and product packing, adhering to Extron's quality standards.
Requirements:
- Good verbal and written skills in English and Dutch, with excellent communication skills.
- Good computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office products, including Excel and Word.
- Able to follow verbal and written procedures with minimal supervision, demonstrating self-motivation and teamwork.
