Expeditor of Depot Repair Parts

Job Summary:
Extron Europe is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Depot Repair Parts Expeditor to join our International Operations team in Amersfoort, Netherlands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the depot repair stock room, ensuring accurate inventory levels and efficient stock management.
- Oversee components sent to Europe for repair technicians, coordinating with technical staff and customers as needed.
- Book components in and out, processing requests from technical staff and customers in a timely manner.
- Provide service parts for sales orders, meeting customer demands and company expectations.
- Work in an ESD environment, handling small components with care and precision.
- Perform monthly stock cycle counts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company procedures.
- Kit and product pack components, meeting quality and efficiency standards.
Requirements:
- Good verbal and written skills in English and Dutch, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Excel and Word.
- Ability to follow verbal and written procedures with minimal supervision, working independently and as part of a team.
- Self-starter with a proactive approach, able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
