Depot Repair Parts Coordinator

Extron Europe is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Depot Repair Parts Expeditor to join our International Operations team in Amersfoort, Netherlands.
Responsibilities:- Maintain the depot repair stock room, ensuring accurate inventory levels and efficient stock management.
- Oversee components sent to Europe for repair technicians, ensuring timely delivery and quality control.
- Process components in and out as requested by technical staff and customer-related requests, utilizing Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, etc.) for efficient data management.
- Provide service parts for sales orders, working closely with the Warehouse management team to ensure seamless logistics.
- Work in an ESD environment, adhering to strict safety protocols and procedures.
- Perform monthly stock cycle counts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
- Kitting and product packing, utilizing expertise to ensure efficient and accurate processing.
- Perform other duties as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced team environment.
- Good verbal and written skills in English and Dutch, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, etc.), with experience in data management and processing.
- Ability to follow verbal and written procedures with minimal supervision, demonstrating self-motivation and initiative.
- Able to work in a busy team environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities with ease.
