We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Sales Support Specialist to join our team at Undutchables. As a Sales Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the acquisition process, from calculating projects to providing prospects with essential information.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the Sales Support team in the Netherlands to focus on German-speaking clients and other countries when needed.
- Coordinate incoming leads and ensure a smooth sales process from start to finish.
- Handle incoming orders and collaborate with project management colleagues to transfer project information and documentation into the ERP system.
- Ensure that the project file is complete and ready for the Project Delivery team to take over.
- At least 5+ years of experience as a sales support employee.
- German language skills on C2 level and English fluently.
- Excellent calculation skills.
- Located near Eindhoven.
- Higher vocational education level.
- Bonus points for experience with Navision and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
