The salary for this position is approximately €80,000 per year, plus benefits including health insurance, pension plan, and generous paid time off.

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Sustainability Expert with expertise in corporate strategy and operations to work on challenging projects across various sectors. As part of our team, you will be responsible for managing and delivering large-scale sustainability initiatives, working closely with clients to understand their needs and develop pragmatic solutions. Your role will also involve providing guidance and support to junior colleagues, ensuring high-quality service delivery and excellent communication with clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in consulting or corporate sustainability
  • Proven project management skills, with experience in managing mid-to-large-sized projects
  • Excellent analytical, advisory, and communication skills
  • Strong people management skills, with a focus on wellbeing
  • Fluency in Dutch and English
  • Familiarity with sustainability concepts such as the EU Taxonomy, Corporate Sustainability reporting, carbon management, etc.
