Unlock Your Potential as a Group Regulatory Affairs Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Group Regulatory Affairs Specialist to join our team in Breda, the Netherlands. As a key member of our Group Regulatory team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our products comply with regulations across all markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure accurate regulatory dossiers are submitted on time for product registrations and approvals.
  • Maintain compliance with labeling and packaging regulations.
  • Stay up-to-date on food and labeling regulations and standards.
  • Prepare mandatory labeling files using the Regulatory database for both EU and non-EU countries.
  • Verify ingredients, nutritional information, raw materials, and product labels to meet national food legislation and standards.
  • Provide regulatory advice to Marketing teams for new project development.
  • Offer regulatory guidance to the local P&T team.
  • Collect and coordinate regulatory information to support multi-market efforts in EU territories.
Requirements
  • Bachelor or Master's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Food Law, Food Safety, Chemistry, or Biology.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills with the ability to interpret and apply complex regulatory requirements.
  • Detail-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy and quality in regulatory documentation and compliance efforts.
  • Project management skills to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Affinity with sustainability.
  • Fluent in English. Fluent Dutch is a plus.
