Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Facebook Ads Media Buyer who is adept at developing and executing advanced strategies to optimize ad performance on the Facebook platform. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Facebook's advertising tools and best practices, along with a creative approach to maximizing campaign effectiveness while adhering to platform guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, launch, and manage Facebook ad campaigns designed to achieve client goals, with a focus on innovative and creative approaches.
  • Monitor ad performance continuously and implement strategies to optimize for maximum return on investment (ROI).
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends, platform updates, and best practices in digital advertising to ensure campaign compliance and effectiveness.
  • Design and create compelling ad creatives that align with campaign goals and effectively engage target audiences.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-impact ad creatives that support campaign objectives.
  • Manage budgets effectively, ensuring optimal use of ad spend for the best possible outcomes.
  • Provide regular reports on campaign performance, including any challenges or areas for improvement.
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold high standards of discretion when managing sensitive projects.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Facebook Ads Media Buyer, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns.
  • In-depth knowledge of Facebook's advertising policies and best practices for maximizing campaign performance.
  • Strong graphic design skills with the ability to create eye-catching ad creatives that resonate with target audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions to improve campaign outcomes.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a creative mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with remote teams.
  • A results-driven approach with a focus on achieving client goals.
