We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Consultant to join our ServiceNow Impact team in Amsterdam. As a key member of our global customer success organization, you will play a critical role in helping customers unlock business value and accelerate the adoption of our ServiceNow products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver technical accelerators to customers remotely, ensuring seamless integration with their existing systems.
  • Prepare and deliver technology-related client-facing and internal deliverables, showcasing your expertise in ServiceNow products.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and collaborate with the global Impact team to implement changes.
  • Engage with customers through our Impact Digital Experience portal, providing timely and effective support.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with global Impact team members, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Assist in the development of new offerings for our Technical Accelerators portfolio, driving innovation and growth.
Requirements
  • 0-2 years' experience in a professional services organization or equivalent education/experience.
