About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager to join our Accounting Advisory Service team at KPMG-Netherlands. As a Manager, you will be responsible for providing expert advice to clients on complex accounting challenges related to financial statements, IPOs, Mergers & Acquisitions, GAAP Conversions, and new reporting standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice to clients on accounting and sustainability reporting
  • Lead client-facing teams to support clients in realizing their ambitions
  • Work on accounting topics as well as sustainability reporting
  • Develop and implement solutions to complex accounting challenges
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality services to clients
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Accounting or Control or other relevant field
  • (Almost) certified accountant (RA, ACCA, CPA, or other relevant certification)
  • Experience in solving US GAAP accounting issues
  • 7-8 years of relevant working experience
  • Extensive experience with US GAAP, knowledge of other GAAPs is also beneficial
  • Strong conceptual and analytical skills, ability to work under pressure
  • Work independently and enjoy the challenge of working with multiple stakeholders
