Job Title: Business Development Manager - Microsoft Dynamics

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Business Development Manager with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics to join our team. This role is crucial in driving growth and expanding our market position within the Indirect Provider and Indirect Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) channel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Market Expansion: Identify and develop new business opportunities within the indirect CSP channel, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics partners.
  • Channel Management: Manage relationships with indirect partners and resellers to drive sales and expand market share. You will also play an active role in managing the relationship between TD SYNNEX and Microsoft and our partners.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
  • Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a solid sales pipeline through effective lead generation and prospecting activities.
  • Customer Engagement: Engage with existing and potential partners and their customers to understand their needs and provide support in developing their proposition and go-to-market strategy.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to partners and resellers to improve their skills in selling and implementing Microsoft Dynamics solutions.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales activities, performance indicators, and market trends for senior management.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or sales, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics and preferably the indirect CSP channel.
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics solutions, Dynamics 365, and/or Power Platform, and the ecosystem of indirect providers.
  • Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with partners.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English, with the ability to present complex solutions to diverse audiences.
  • Certifications: Relevant Microsoft Dynamics certifications are a plus, certifications for Microsoft 365 or Azure are also an advantage.
