Business Development Specialist

Cooler Master is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with potential partners and collaborating with our European Sales Teams to deploy product portfolio strategies while developing new channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate product line objectives to deploy product strategies within global channels.
- Collect and analyze market and competitive feedback.
- Deployment of channel strategies (Retail Experiences, Online contents, and portfolio deployment).
- Stock, Price, Product, Distribution, Investment, Promotion, Event Management, Channel ROI management, gather customer and market information.
- Develop working processes and relationships with partners that turn into revenue.
- Generate profits and save costs through negotiating.
- Initiate regular meetings with local sales team for product update, and discussion strategy, and aid in strategizing sales enablement tools for new and existing products.
Requirements
- Educated to bachelor degree level or equivalent.
- At least 2 years experience in sales/marketing environment, preferably with channel or (mass) retail.
- Experience with IT and PC hardware/components/gaming sales.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Power Point.
- Manage multiple projects and requests on a daily/weekly basis.
- Experience of B2B negotiations to achieve best possible use of time and budget in channel.
- Fluency in English and knowledge of Mandarin is considered a big plus.
