Sales Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team at ba&sh. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a central role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop in-depth knowledge of our brand story, values, and product offerings.
- Provide personalized purchasing experiences for customers, offering expert advice and guidance.
- Maintain a clean and tidy store environment, ensuring excellent merchandising and visual displays.
- Manage stock levels, monitor sales performance, and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Embed ba&sh's CSR policy in your daily work, promoting sustainability and social responsibility.
- Warm and welcoming personality, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong presentation and social skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Proactive, versatile, and dynamic, with a passion for fashion and aesthetics.
- Dutch language proficiency is essential.
- Availability for Christmas is a plus.
