Production Worker

At Dujob, we are seeking a skilled Production Worker to join our team in Lemmer, Kampen, Emmeloord, and Lelystad. As a Production Worker, you will play a crucial role in the installation of screw piles with grout, working on residential construction, non-residential construction, and construction works projects nationwide.
Job Responsibilities:- Prepare concrete molds by cleaning and oiling them to prevent concrete from sticking.
- Work with colleagues to place reinforcing steel before pouring concrete.
- Perform different tasks based on technical plans each day, making your work varied and interesting.
- Develop skills to become an operator of concrete pouring or finishing machines.
- Participate in courses to expand knowledge of concrete and learn to read technical drawings necessary for the job.
- Availability of 32-40 hours per week in a dayshift system (Monday till Friday).
- Experience in the construction industry (preferred).
- Ability to work in a team.
- Agility and good physical condition.
- MBO level of work and thinking obtained through education or work experience.
- Knowledge of the Dutch or English language.
- Own accommodation.
- Driver's license and own transport to the work location.
- Salary ranging from €14.27 to €14.92 gross per hour.
- 40 working hours per week.
- Participation in courses.
- Working hours between 07:00 and 16:00 (Monday till Friday).
- Possibility of a permanent contract.
- Holiday allowance of 8%.
- 25 vacation days.
- ADV allowance of 5%.
- Reimbursement of €0.21 per kilometer.
