Position Summary
As a Demand Planner at Samsung, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales performance and customer satisfaction through accurate forecasting and supply chain management. Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate sales forecasts, aligning supply and demand, and controlling SCM KPIs to meet targets. Your role
Your primary responsibility as a Demand Planner is to analyze sales data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to optimize sales performance.
Your responsibilities
- Manage customer inventory and sell-out data to prevent issues and spot opportunities.
- Maintain communication with internal stakeholders and external clients.
- Analyze data to influence purchases at the factory.
- Control SCM KPIs to meet targets and present updates during weekly Supply Chain meetings.
- Check sell-out results vs. forecast regularly and update forecasts based on current stock, sales trends, promotions, and other factors.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Fluency in English is required, and in Dutch preferred.
- Proven track record in demand forecasting or related roles.
- Innovation mindset with the ability to move fast and take calculated risks.
- Passion for the work and a commitment to excellence.
- Collaborative spirit, recognizing that success is a collective effort.
Preferred qualifications
(Advantages)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. PowerBi skills are a plus.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Sales and Logistic processes.
- Familiarity with Microsoft and SAP.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
