We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Support Coordinator to join our team at Topcon Europe Medical B.V. in Capelle aan den IJssel. As a key member of our service administration team, you will be responsible for coordinating and planning activities, resolving obstacles, and providing support for our sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and plan service administration activities
  • Resolve and prevent obstacles in the execution of tasks
  • Support the use of our service software for sales teams (key user)
  • Assist the senior service manager
  • Contribute to peak periods and absences of team members
Requirements:
  • HBO/MBO + work and thinking level with several years of work experience
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel
  • Experience in managing people
  • Strong communication skills
  • Customer-oriented approach
  • Good knowledge of Dutch and English
  • Good administrative/planning capabilities
  • Knowledge of SAP BYD or Service Max is an advantage
