Valeo Quality Engineer

Valeo is a leading global automotive supplier, and we're looking for a talented Quality Engineer to join our team. As a Quality Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our products and services.
Your Responsibilities:- Identify and assess product non-conformities to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by challenging and following up on supplier results.
- Act as the interface between our operational quality/warranty teams and suppliers worldwide.
- Follow up on Supplier Chargeback.
- Contribute to reporting activities within our subregion, ensuring alignment with quality and deadline targets.
- Support and develop Division Business Management Systems (e.g., ISO) for continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
- Drive continuous improvement in our processes and departments.
- Act as an internal auditor in the subregion to ensure continuous improvement.
- Graduated from an Engineering degree in Quality.
- Ideally, worked in a Quality environment in a production plant.
- Knowledge of ISO certifications and audits.
- Experience with standard quality tools like PDCA-FTA, FMEA, 5Why, etc.
- SAP knowledge is an advantage but not required.
- Fluent level of English.
- Good communication skills, international mindset, and open-mindedness to new cultures and ways of working.
- Humble, listening, positive attitude, professional, and diplomatic.
