Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Accounting Professional to join our team as Assistant Accounting Manager. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate financial administration.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Dutch administration and accounting, including related tax obligations;
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes, financial statements, and tax filings;
  • Work closely with the Accounting Manager and contribute to the optimization of financial processes;
  • Lead and support the finance team in their daily activities;
  • Manage and review general ledger accounts in collaboration with the Financial Controller;
  • Record and maintain fixed assets in the LN database;
  • Prepare and monitor monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings;
  • Prepare and review tax filings (including VAT) for the Netherlands;
  • Manage Dutch administration and accounting, ensuring compliance with local regulations;
  • Assist with CBS reporting and cash reconciliations;
  • Handle ad hoc financial inquiries;

Requirements:

  • A completed bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Accountancy, or Business Administration;
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role;
  • Knowledge and experience with financial closings and financial statement processes;
  • Experience with Dutch accounting and tax regulations;
