**Educational Qualifications**:
**1. Mandatory Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.

**2. Preferred Qualifications**:

- Master’s degree (MBA) with a specialization in Sales, Marketing, or International Business.
- Certifications in Sales Management, Leadership, or International Trade.

**Experience**:

- Minimum 5-10 years of proven experience in field sales.
- At least 3+ years of experience in the FMCG sector, with demonstrated success in driving sales and achieving targets.
- Understanding level of Punjabi, Hindi/Urdu, and English.

**Travel Flexibility**:

- Willingness and ability to travel up to 75% of the time, both within the Netherlands and across neighboring countries.
- Must have valid EU driving license.

**Geographical Knowledge**:

- Strong understanding of European countries.
- Familiarity with local cultures, market dynamics, and distribution networks.

**Market Insights**:

- In-depth knowledge of customer databases, competitor analysis, and market trends in the Indian ethnic FMCG industry.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain strong customer relationships and networks.

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Sales Strategy and Execution**:

- Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with the company’s overall business objectives.
- Identify and prioritize key markets, industries, and customer segments across Europe.

Prepare and execute promotional plans by analyzing the excess overstock flows and new incoming products.
- Prepare strategies for product penetration.

**2. Team Leadership**:

- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing field sales team.
- Conduct regular team reviews and provide coaching to enhance performance.

**3. Market Development**:

- Establish and grow relationships with distributors, retailers, and direct customers in the FMCG space.
- Conduct market research to identify trends & new markets, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

**4. Key Account Management**:

- Maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with major clients.

**5. Performance Monitoring**:

- Set and monitor individual and team sales targets.
- Use CRM tools to track sales performance(brand & SKU’s), analyze data, and generate actionable insights.

**6. Cross-Functional Collaboration**:

- Work closely with marketing, supply chain, and product teams to ensure sales objectives are supported.
- Provide customer feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies.

**7. Reporting**:

- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

**Skills Required**:

- Strong knowledge of field sales processes, B2B and B2C dynamics, and FMCG distribution networks.
- Proven ability to close deals and manage long-term client relationships.
- Ability to inspire, mentor, and manage a diverse team.
- Strong decision-making and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with stakeholders across cultures.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in analyzing market data and sales metrics to inform decisions.
- Strategic mindset to identify growth opportunities and address challenges.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and sales analytics tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and adapt to diverse business practices across Europe.
