About the Position

  • We are seeking an experienced sales professional to develop and manage key customer relationships.
  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales or business development, with a strong understanding of the FMCG industry.
  • This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, identifying their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with product development, marketing, and logistics.
  • Responsibilities include analyzing market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market, representing ECOM at industry events and conferences, and ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution with clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years' FMCG experience.
  • Fluent in English and German.
  • Passion for and knowledge of macroeconomics and financial markets.
  • Goal-oriented, proactive, and solution-driven, with a strong sense of initiative.
  • Strong communicator with excellent relationship management skills.
  • Culturally aware and adaptable in a fast-paced, relatively unstructured environment.
  • Able to work independently, make confident decisions, and thrive in a self-driven role, while also collaborating effectively within a team.
  • Quick thinker who can switch gears and perform calculations under pressure, while leveraging quieter periods for market analysis.
