We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Transformation Specialist to lead our marketing efforts in the Benelux markets. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute local demand generation activities based on the global marketing strategy, and the local go-to-market plan to build brand awareness, generate leads, and increase sales.
  • Help define the local marketing plan as part of the global plan, set KPIs and regularly report progress to internal stakeholders.
  • Plan and execute locally on account-based-marketing campaigns in collaboration with sales.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers and partners and collect and analyze feedback to apply in future marketing strategies.
  • Plan, organize, and attend regional sales and marketing events, including trade shows, conferences, webinars and customer / partner / employee events.
  • Be an active member of the global marketing team and represent the local marketing team internally and externally.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar marketing role.
  • Prior experience in business-to-business technology services for a broad spectrum of industries.
  • Strong understanding of customer behavior and strong commercial acumen.
  • Experience creating and executing targeted campaigns.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency with marketing technologies and tools, including marketing automation and data analysis platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Proactive and entrepreneurial.
  • Fluent in English and Dutch verbally and in writing. Other languages, like German or Norwegian are a plus.
