Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Process Operator to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for fully owning the production process, working closely with the team leader and production operator to ensure seamless execution. Your duties will include:

  • Verifying the presence of raw and auxiliary materials according to recipes and coordinating resource allocation.
  • Setting up machines with process parameters and recipes, and linking/dumping raw and auxiliary materials.
  • Conducting random quality checks through visual and physical tests, and adjusting machines as needed.
  • Recording data on various overviews, including numbers, quality data, and disruptions.

Requirements

  • You possess technical insight and are critical in thinking, with a focus on solutions and improvements.
  • You are proficient in the Dutch language or willing to acquire it in the short term, with English language skills also being beneficial.
  • You are flexible and willing to work 5 days a week, with Saturdays negotiable.
  • You have knowledge of food safety (HACCP), machines, and registrations necessary for the job, with training provided if needed.

Working Conditions

  • Salary: €2,600.00 gross per month, based on 38 hours excluding allowances.
  • Shift bonus of 15%, production bonus of 1.25%, and cold allowance of €11.80 per week.
  • Unlimited access to online training courses.
  • A contribution to your company fitness subscription.
  • 25 vacation days per year, with the option to purchase additional days.
  • Travel expense plan in accordance with Butchers' Collective Bargaining Agreement.
