About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Solutions Lead Immunology to join our ABN Medical Affairs Team in the Netherlands. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest possible scientific standards in the implementation of our strategy and tactical execution in NL.

As the Medical Solutions Lead Immunology, you will work closely with the Field Medical Lead and the Head of Immunology BeNeLux to ensure the utmost scientific integrity in executing strategies and tactics in the Dutch landscape. This includes localizing and translating scientific content, fostering connections with the ABN area Team, and addressing barriers to streamline development of materials and assets for the field.

You will be responsible for building the local medical plan and ensuring its implementation in the Netherlands in partnership with Medical Strategy Leads from ABN. Your goal will be to deliver high value to patients, healthcare professionals (HCPs), and payers, guided by the highest standards of science, ethics, compliance, and quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement local medical solutions as defined in the local Patient Value Brand Plan
  • Localize global medical solutions for NL in line with local insights and budget
  • Implement specific local solutions in a timely manner according to the Patient Value Plan, ensuring project management and budget follow-up
  • Partner with external stakeholders on key projects that drive patient value and keep MSLs informed
  • Work with the Marketing Solution Lead to ensure highest scientific standards of promotional materials and projects
  • Be a reference point for guidelines initiatives in terms of scientific content
  • Be the reference scientific expert for National market access initiatives like national negotiations & HTA submissions
Requirements
  • Master or PhD in Life Sciences, Pharma, etc.
  • Dutch and English proficiency is required
  • Several years of experience in stakeholder-facing roles within healthcare
  • Experience working in multidisciplinary teams
  • Knowledge of local healthcare compliance and pharma environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Executed a medical plan
  • Affinity with omnichannel approach
  • Therapeutic knowledge in Rheumatology or/and Dermatology is an advantage
