Thales is seeking a highly skilled IVVQ Manager to join our team. As an IVVQ Manager, you will be responsible for managing all test activities and ensuring the overall IVVQ strategy is defined and maintained.
Key Responsibilities:- Define and maintain the IVVQ strategy and ensure it is aligned with the company's goals.
- Coordinate IVVQ activities, including planning, execution, and reporting.
- Manage the IVVQ team and ensure they have the necessary resources and support to perform their duties.
- Develop and implement test plans and procedures to ensure the quality of our products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the IVVQ strategy is integrated into the overall product development process.
- Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in IVVQ management.
- Proven track record of managing complex test plans and procedures.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
