Key Responsibilities

Project Procurement Manager

  • Develop and execute supply plans for projects such as turnarounds or building new plants
  • Manage and execute the procurement process according to the supply plan
  • Negotiate and manage project-specific contracts
  • Act as a mature partner focusing on continuous improvement and related processes
Requirements

Education and Experience

  • Master's degree in Business Administration or Engineering (or equivalent through experience)
  • At least 5 years of experience in professional procurement, preferably in big Technical (capex) projects

Skills and Abilities

  • Project management skills and experience
  • Thorough contract management skills and experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability and willingness to travel to projects in Europe and suppliers across the world to a limited extent

Language

  • Fluent in English and Dutch
