Job Title: Global Innovation Finance Controller

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to join our Global Innovation Finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our €700m+ annual investment, working closely with our Global Science, Research, and Innovation organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage innovation opex and capex spend, and major processes including budget, RAF, actual reporting, and allocations.
  • Serve as a trusted financial advisor to Innovation leaders and stakeholders to support and challenge the S&R team to manage spend and allocations.
  • Ensure capitalization and depreciations rules are followed, and lead audit and communication requirements.
  • C coordinate and lead supply/demand process, providing transparency and reporting in resulting allocation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, Economics, Business, or Accounting.
  • 5-10 years' experience working in an FP&A, with in-depth knowledge of accounting principles and financial concepts.
  • Extraordinary analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor.
