Compensation and Benefits

We offer a highly competitive salary package in line with industry standards, including a base salary of €76,594 to €109,420 per year (based on full-time), plus holiday allowance and 13th month. In addition, you will receive extra benefits such as 25 holiday days, bonus, and more.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Finance Innovation Leader to join our team. As a key member of our Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team, you will play a critical role in managing innovation-related finances, ensuring transparency and accuracy of spend, and providing strategic financial guidance to our business units.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Analysis and Budgeting: Lead and manage innovation operational expenditure (opex) and capital expenditure (capex) spend, and major processes including budget, resource allocation framework (RAF), actual reporting, and allocations.
  • Business Partnership: Serve as a trusted financial advisor to innovation leaders and stakeholders, supporting and challenging them to manage spend and allocations effectively.
  • Accounting and Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements, leading audit and communication requirements.
  • Supply/Demand Process: Coordinate and lead supply/demand process, providing transparency and reporting in resulting allocation.
  • Project Support: Support and participate in other projects as needed, contributing to cross-functional and cross-regional initiatives.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, economics, business, or accounting.
  • 5-10 years' experience working in FP&A, with in-depth knowledge of accounting principles and financial concepts.
  • Extraordinary analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor.
  • Ability to anticipate issues and ensure integrity and accuracy of data while being capable of higher-level interpretation and explanation.
  • Strong ability to collaborate across functions and groups, with effective communication and proactive alignment.
  • Proven expertise in modeling techniques and managing large data sets, as well as IT literacy and allocation methodologies.
